Cultural Project Manager
Naujosios Vilnios Culture Centre is looking for a proactive, creative and responsible cultural project manager to contribute to the development of cultural activities, project development and implementation, and community involvement.
Key job functions:
- Preparation and management of cultural projects (from application to implementation and reporting). Analyse funding opportunities and initiate projects.
- Coordinate project activities and working groups.
- Collaborate with partners in Lithuania and abroad, seek sponsors.
- Organise and publicise cultural events.
- Preparation of action plans and reports.
- Manage project documentation.
- Contribute to the public relations and image of the institution.
Requirements for the employee(s):
- University or college education.
- Experience in project design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian cultural policy and legislation.
- Knowledge of the basics of organising cultural events.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills.
- Ability to plan and organise work independently.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language.
- Responsibility, creativity, organisation and teamwork.

Salary
€2,030 per month before taxes.
