Exhibition of paintings “Belarusian Artists on the Streets of Vilnius”
We invite you to visit the exhibition of paintings created during the 2018-2024 plein air workshops in Vilnius. The workshops were organised by the Gudai Cultural Society, which brought together artists of Belarusian (and non-Belarusian) origin from Lithuania, Poland, Latvia and Estonia.
The streets, squares and courtyards of Vilnius Old Town have been a source of inspiration for artists who have sought to capture the spirit of the city, the play of light and shadow, and the impression of the moment. Plein-air paintings are distinguished by their light, sketchy brushstrokes, pure colour palette and spontaneous creative energy.
Among the participants are Tatiana Kozik, Anna Rusinova, Volga Jakubouskaja, Pavel Sarapienia, Vlad Barouski, Czeslau Palonski, Edvard Halustau, Pavel Ksiandzou, Laine Kaineize and other talented artists.
The exhibition will run from 6 November to 1 December. The exhibition will be on display in the small hall of the Naujosios Vilnia Culture Centre.
Come and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Vilnius through the eyes of artists!
