Naujosios Vilnios Culture Centre invites families to a festive workshop where tradition, creativity and time together will meet as Easter approaches. There will be a variety of educational activities that will invite you not only to create, but also to learn about Easter traditions and customs.
28 March at 11 am. Festive workshop for families “Spring in the Glitter” – making Easter lambs and festive decorations.
During the education participants will make two Easter lambs with their own hands. These lambs and other festive elements will be used to create one common decoration – a colourful, spring-like composition, decorative, playful and suitable for the interior of the house or the festive table. The creative process will allow you to have fun together and immerse yourself in the Easter spirit to take home.

28 March, 2 pm. Festive workshop for families “Spring in the Egg” – traditional egg-wax painting.
Each participant will be given 3 boiled eggs to decorate step by step with wax. You will create Easter eggs with spring and Easter motifs, learn the secrets of traditional printing techniques and take home the results of your creations.

28 March, 4 pm. Festive workshop for families “Spring in the Glitter” – straw bird weaving.
During the educational session, participants will create a straw bird – a symbol of spring and rebirth. The bird, made of natural straw, can become a cosy Easter decoration for the home, a festive table or a symbolic gift. During the creative process, we will learn about the traditional straw tying method and each participant will make his/her own bird.
