{"id":1090561,"date":"2025-06-13T12:06:41","date_gmt":"2025-06-13T12:06:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvkc.lt\/2025\/06\/13\/development-of-shelter-infrastructure-in-vilnius-city\/"},"modified":"2025-06-13T12:14:20","modified_gmt":"2025-06-13T12:14:20","slug":"development-of-shelter-infrastructure-in-vilnius-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvkc.lt\/en\/development-of-shelter-infrastructure-in-vilnius-city\/","title":{"rendered":"Development of shelter infrastructure in Vilnius City"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vilnius City Municipality is launching a new project \u201cDevelopment of Shelter Infrastructure in Vilnius City\u201d, which aims to ensure greater safety of the population during emergencies. 32 shelters will be installed\/refurbished in Vilnius City to help protect people in the event of air raid, indirect shelling or other threats. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Project purpose: <\/strong>To make shelters more resilient and accessible to people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project includes the following works: preparation of construction plans, installation of emergency exits and lighting, adaptation of entrances and exits for persons with reduced mobility, installation of window security panels or bricking up of windows, installation of fire detection and alarm systems, installation or improvement of ventilation systems, and installation of back-up power supply (generators).
